ABC News July 26: A $40 million yacht belonging to Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos was untied from its mooring at a Lake Huron marina, police said.
I guess I’m just a one-yacht guy. Why would I need more than one $40 million yacht? If I had one or more said yachts and had a high-profile job with the federal government, I would be sure all my yachts were registered in the United States so that my taxes went to the government in which I served.
That Betsy’s boat was unmoored seems poetic in light of her policies that should ensure that educational equity and effectiveness will remain adrift under her ineptitude.
